OGB (Office of Group Benefits) Annual Enrollment

Annual enrollment for plan year 2018 began Oct. 1 and will end Nov. 15. This is your opportunity to enroll in or make changes to your health plan for the upcoming plan year.
Changes Effective Jan. 1, 2018:
- The Out-of-Pocket maximum for the Magnolia Local Plus plan will increase by $1,000.
- The emergency room co-pay on the Magnolia Local Plans will increase by $50.
If you would like to remain in your current OGB health plan with the same covered dependents for the 2018 plan year, you do not need to do anything.
Pelican HSA or Flexible Spending Plan
**Remember, employees enrolled in the Pelican HSA775 or FSA (Flexible Spending Plan) must complete a form to update their contributions for 2018. The deadline for the forms to be submitted is Dec 2nd.
