The University's Return-to-Workplace Guide states that all employees should complete the "Preventing COVID-19" course before returning to campus. Supervisors are asked to help monitor course completion for their direct reports.   

The 25-minute course reviews simple practices that you can do to reduce the risk of illness and keep yourself and others healthy. The course is available to the University courtesy of the Department of State Civil Service.

View the course in Cornerstone

All full-time employees have been assigned the course in Cornerstone.
To view the course in Cornerstone, use the following directions.

  1. Log in to ULink.
  2. On the Employee tab, in the Human Resources box, click on Cornerstone.
  3. Click on the three horizontal bars at the top right of the screen to access the menu.
  4. Click Learning, then click Browse for Training.
  5. View the list of all training.

Part-time employees have access to the course in Moodle. To view the course in Moodle, log in and search for the course.
