2022 Annual Enrollment for Benefits
Mon, 09/26/2022 - 3:32pmHealth insurance, HSA and FSA open enrollment will be Oct. 1 through Nov. 15. Vision and dental open enrollment will be Oct. 1 through Dec. 2. This is your opportunity to enroll in or make changes to your health plan for the upcoming plan year.
If you would like to remain in your current OGB health plan with the same covered dependents for the 2023 plan year, you do not need to do anything except to update your HSA or FSA contributions, as applicable. Your current coverage will continue for the 2022 Plan Year. Remember, members enrolled in the Pelican HSA775 and/or FSA options must complete a form to update their contributions for 2023.
Changes for 2023- Premium rates for the Blue Cross Blue Shield plans will increase by 4.5% and the Vantage MHHP plan will increase by 5.94%. Emergency room co-pays for the Magnolia Local Plus, Local, and Magnolia Open Access increase by $50.
If you are looking to enroll into life insurance, you will need to fill out the evidence of insurability forms and those must be sent to Prudential for approval.
All enrollment/change forms will be on the Human Resources website. They may be filled out and signed electronically and sent to Malika Oubre, malika.oubre@louisiana.edu.

OGB is having an in person meeting this year on October 18th at the Cecil J. Picard Center, 200 East Devalcourt Street, Lafayette, LA 70506. The meetings will be at 9:00am and 2:00pm.
